Revolutionizing the Mobile Cryptocurrency Experience: HODLIT's Innovative UI & UX Mobile Application Redesign.
HODLIT, a mobile cryptocurrency exchange platform, approached The Skins Factory to do a full redesign of their mobile application’s UI/UX design. We started with a complete refresh of their on-boarding process and user experience. For the visual design, we used a “panther black” base background with hints of deep purple, so the color gradients we would later add, would “pop” off the background, instilling a sense of fun while maintaining the seriousness of the platform. Our User Interface designers then deployed a hybrid, visual design language of 2D and neumorphic elements creating a subtle, tactile feel to the user interface while the user experience was ridiculously intuitive

In 2009, The Skins Factory was contracted by our client to redesign the UI/UX for their flagship screen recorder application. 13 years later, The Skins Factory has once again been tasked to redesign and modernized their flagship desktop application, a robust, best-in-class screen recorder & video editor used by some of the world’s biggest brands. Feature-rich, intuitive and powerful, users can record video via their screen, webcam or both. Client name intentionally withheld.

“I want to be able to put a name to a face” the client told us. This sparked a mobile app design project that took almost six months to complete. The Skins Factory was able to transform a simple concept into a fully designed application, meeting the challenge head-on. From outlining core feature sets & creating user flow maps, to low-fidelity and then high-fidelity wireframes, our team of user experience designers rose to the challenge. But we didn’t stop there.
