CarQualifier brought in The Skins Factory to design the UX & UI for their world-class consumer mobile & desktop browser website design. CarQualifier prequalifies consumers for new vehicle loans & leases at the beginning of the sales process. Our team started the project designing the browser application's interaction and visual design, then ported the design over to a mobile phone platform. The results are a perfect visual symmetry. Our web designers implemented a seamless, 4-panel onboarding experience that guided users effortlessly through the CarQualifier qualification process. Each panel was designed to ensure clarity and engagement, making the onboarding process not just a requirement but an informative experience.

Qualification Application

The online qualification application experience revolved around a step-by-step process, strategically breaking down the application into steps for enhanced ease of use. A progress bar provides the users with a visual representation of the users' progression, while numerous expertly formulated panels facilitate the account formation process. Our methodology extended beyond merely vetting qualifications; it aimed at streamlining the process and enhancing its accessibility and user-friendliness. By deconstructing complexity and presenting information in an understandable format, we ensure that users can deftly navigate through the application while feeling empowered and well-informed throughout their journey.

Credit Power Certificate Design

Upon completion of the qualification procedure and an automobile selection, users are provided with a printable certificate authorized by one of the dealers within the CarQualifier network. This tangible document not only validates their achievements but also represents financial empowerment. The meticulous design of our Credit Power Certificate, enhanced by intricate guilloche patterns, imbues it with an air of formal financial authority. Endowed with all necessary information through this custom designed certificate, users were adequately equipped to secure a new car loan or lease.

While the desktop browser website was designed in a responsive format, our design team went through the screens customizing the user experience & visual layout design to a more mobile-friendly format.
